The RATS pouch is designed for... yep you guessed it, rations (Australian MRE's).
It is a lightweight version of Platatac's MRE pouch, void of MOLLE except on the lid for the addition of small pouches or storage of cyalume sticks.
The RATS pouch features a large zippered opening and ITW loop locs for the attachment of shoulder harnesses when using belt kit.
As with all Platatac products all major stress points are double sewn or bar tacked.
